1/5 We did not stay at the property. The pictures were very misleading. Had to walk thru mud to access the apartment. The only furniture was a couch, nowhere else to sit. The closets had no shelving or place to hang clothes. The bathroom had no place to put soap or shampoo, It was as if the apartment was not finished. Dead roach and items apparently left by previous tenants. I called the manager and was told that he doesn’t manage the property any longer. When I called Evolve, Connor was very sympathetic and promised to negotiate with the homeowner. I believe he lied to me because after staying there a total of 15 minutes he offered me only $l85 return of my payment of over $700! I will not be staying at VRBOs any longer and I suggest that you check into this Evolve company. What terrible people to do business with!

1/5 Very deceiving pics, dirty floors, bathroom not clean, bedding old, dirty/dingy. Broken bed in one room. Garbage out back overflowing on yard. Didn't even stay, found a hotel and left. After answering couple questions to host, didn't hear back. Do not stay here.
