  Not clean at all, king bed was broken, the code I was giving didn’t work had to wait a hour to get it, the host Tom didn’t respond til 4 hours later when I texted and called about I couldn’t get it…It was an abandoned car in the drive way….Horrible experience we travelled in from Arkansas…

• Rough stay, good location

  We stayed here with two couples and a child in order to attend the first Taylor Swift concert. Location was really the only plus. It was close to a lot of restaurants and within walking distance to AT&T stadium if you have good shoes. When the first couple arrived they were concerned because it looked very rough on the outside. A car was broken down in the driveway and trash was all over the front yard. Inside it smelled like mold, which was from extensive water damage in the flooring. Cute interior, but very unclean. Professional cleaning was not used. Cob webs and trash was left inside. Neither bathroom outlet worked, and the AC did not work until maintenance arrived at 3:30 - but we had to get ready in 81 degrees temps inside. Hot tub out back did not work and was green. Also, do not expect to cook. Very little cooking utensils or dish ware. The bed in the master bedroom caved in and my husband had to fix the broken bars underneath for us. When it rained, water also rushed through the front door. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Overall it seems like the owners are just interested in one time guests and want to make as much money as possible without actually maintaining the property. We own rentals of our own and have a lot of pride in how we maintain them. Wish others could be the same way. Pretty rough, but location is good.

• Close to Stadium but.

  Well, we're do I start, first off we walked in and about fell down all the floors were slick with something, there was a bleach bottle left on the kitchen counter that could of been it, there were leaves in the house because of a gap between the front door and floor, in the master beb room the bed was on the floor no boxsprings or frame , the toilet set was dirty, no remotes for 2 of the 4 Tv's, the top bunk beds had something on it don't know what it was. Also a couple windows were left open, the one room had crickets in it like 4 of them, and a train went bye and it seemed like every 2 hours at night. I will not be booking here again.

• No worth the high night rate

  The king bed frame was broken so the mattress was on the floor. There’s a big gap in the front door so leaves were in the house when we arrived. Not what I expected from the pictures.

• Terrible service, worms and poor maintenance

  We arrived to a broken bed in one bedroom. The mattress was on the floor and bed frame in the closet. This room had a bathroom attached that was invaded with green worms(cankerworms). There were webs and worms everywhere in the bathroom. They were also in the bedroom and on the bed. While hanging out in the kitchen worms would fall from the ceiling and hang by their webs. We reported immediately upon arrival and we were told to just sweep them up. There was also an inch gap under the front door and also back door. Our concerns with the broken bed and worms were never addressed by the property management team even though they asked we send pictures, which we did.
