EXCELLENT
5/5 Location--Townsend is definitely called the "peaceful side of the smokies" for a reason. Not a lot of traffic and you are only a few miles away from the park. Love the location of the condo. Gated community with an outdoor fire pit along with a view of the mountains. Very quiet.
Condo--Beautifully decorated. Super clean. Beds were amazing. Lots of closet space in the main bedroom along with the smaller bedroom. I have stayed in many of these condos and most of them lock the main bedroom's closet leaving you without a place to hang your clothing or put your suitcase away. This condo was the best one I have stayed in over the years.
Host--Crystal was my host and she was great. Very responsive and efficient. Easy to work with.
I will definitely stay here again and can't wait to go back.
