Townsend trip
5/5 Very clean unit with easy keyless access. Close to Cade’s Cove entrance to park and IGA. This area is the antithesis of Gatlinburg which is what we wanted. Thirty min from Knoxville airport. We had a bit of trouble with access gate and reached the property manager on our first call; he quickly got us the correct code and made sure we knew how to access the keyless lock. Great response. Hot water was hot and showers had nice water pressure. Easy tv operation without four remotes to use and confuse. Thank you for the comfortable accommodations.

Beautiful spotless apartment!
5/5 The unit is just beautiful! Spotlessly clean, every inch. Bed was comfortable. Comfy couches and lovely deck also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, truly felt like home. Walls are a little thin and the family next door had a very unhappy baby. Otherwise, perfect location for the park and other sites. We would love to return.
