    I went to wrong location couldn't get code to work called owner on paper work to find out what was wrong she told me she had sold property and Jody was new owner called Jody Macky to find out I was at wrong location she stayed on the phone and directed me to right location and was at the property when we got there, Jody and husband were amazing they said we were the first to rent since they bought property. They were so kind and friendly and very helpful. This was the best rental I have made and I will be coming back!! The property and location was great everything you need was supplied and they have GOOD Toliet Paper!! We always carry toliet paper but this is the first time we did not have to use what we brought with us. I could go on and on but I just want to say if you are looking for a place close to the Cove with everything you need and then some and really nice people this is the place to go!! Just want to say THANKS For a GREAT VACATION Jody Macky I would give you 10 plus stars Best Location ever can't wait to come back Thanks Again!!

  • Quaint little condo

    This condo was central to everything in Townsend. We traveled there to run the Smoky Mountains Half and I could exit the front door of the condo to walk/run to the start line. A scenic 30-minute drive takes you to Pigeon Forge, so even though there is little to do in Townsend, you can get to the excitement w/o being troubled with the traffic. The condo was quiet. We had neighbors upstairs but you could barely hear their footsteps. The Little River runs out back and it provided a nice morning view while sipping coffee. There is plenty of room in this condo. The two bedrooms are well furnished and our bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need if you brought groceries to cook. We had a great time and will return if our travels ever bring us back to this cute little town.
