  We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The lake wasnt at full level so we had to walk down to fish. A little further away from pigeon forge, but other than that, it was perfect

• Weekend in mountains

  If was good time but rain all weekend. And bedroom tvs up and down stairs did work. I trouble shooted by recording and tectong with staff for the hot tub that didn’t work…other .. bought my grand son 5 years old he was excited about pics of electronic basketball in that wasn’t there

We're truly sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests as our goal is to make vacation rentals easy for everyone.
  - We aim for transparency to advertise the listing accurately. Our listing and photos had to reflect that the basketball hoop was no longer available for guest use as it was damaged by a previous guest and we had to remove it. We replaced it with a small bowling game two weeks ago.
  - It's important to us that the amenities we provide are in working order and we confirmed that the hot tub works just fine. We were going to send a specialist to inspect it but we suggested you try the GFI on the wall to the right of the door and you confirmed that is all it was, so we canceled the service call.
  - To ensure efficiency, we will request that the cleaners check all six televisions before guests' arrival as this is the first time we've heard about any concerns on this matter.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Only thing, we wish the lake was at full level. Everything was great. Can't wait to come back

  The property was nice and clean. It was good for a short getaway. If you are into TV, bring a fire stick out some other stick. The cable is limited. The lake view is not great. Looks like the lake has dried up. I couldn't find any lighting for the hot tub area which doesn't work well if you want to use it at night as most people do. A couple of the games need to be replaced or removed, especially the basketball goal. I would suggest more face towels. There weren't any in the primary suite. Other than that, it is a very nice home.
