  Upstairs and downstairs are good but the first floor needs work. 2nd bedroom on main floor is tiny and gross…broken blinds and old stained carpet. Convenient location right off main road but you can hear traffic all night.

  -We use professional photographers for our listing photos to ensure our images accurately reflect the property, and guests can decide before booking if the property will suit their needs. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to meet expectations.
  -We are sorry that you felt the main floor was dated and small. The structure of the second bedroom is proportional in size to the cabin. We understand taste in design is subjective so not everyone will be pleased.
  -We recognize the benefits of improving the home to provide our guests with a positive experience. We are in the process of working on updating the cabin in stages to ensure a comfortable, and great environment.
  -We're surprised to see your comment on the carpet. The carpet is older, having said that the carpet is frequently professionally shampooed between guests' stays.
  -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors are out of our control, and how this impacts your stay and experience. The cabin location is situated away from the highway and from traffic noise, but we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing. As for any guest, especially at night, we advise that you keep the windows closed as soon as possible after you enter.

  The cabin was in the most perfect location! Which was very convenient but in the listing the description said it came with the basic kitchen supplies ( pots, pans, cookware) and there were only a few forks and very little dishes to cook with ( we were a party of 7) it says it sleeps 10 and it was not equipped for that many people. The pool table had lose legs and there was a broken pool stick, the arcade games don’t work. The cabin it self was beautiful but the list of problems is not worth booking here again.

  -We are glad you enjoyed the location of the cabin. We love that it is close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
  -The cleaners take pride in making sure the cabin is fully stocked with silverware before each stay. We also have several pots and pans that we provide guests. We are sorry to hear it was not enough for your party. We wish you would have reached out during your stay. We would have been happy to assist with any concerns you may have had to ensure you get the best experience.
  -The listing does state that the arcade on site is not functional, but we are sorry if this caught you off guard. While the pool table is only three years old, unfortunately, there is natural wear and tear.
