Good place for the price
4/5 The cabin was good overall. House big enough for extended family, but more worn down than shown in the pictures.

Rustic Mountain Getaway!
5/5 Our stay at this cabin was awesome. It is rustic and charming with a ton of personality. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience this ain’t it, go to a Marriott. But, if you’re looking for a charming, warm and bunkhouse kinda vibe then you’ve found it. We’re entertained 13 adult family members celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. Having two kitchens was amazing for meal prep and there was plenty of space for people to gather and hang out. The owners were easy to reach for questions and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The amazing cabin
4/5 The stay at the cabin was amazing we had a great time over looking the mountains and the river. We was very pleased with the customer service and the instructions we had about the area. We had no issue with the heat or the water. The only thing I could say that need upgrading was the way we leave the trash can wasn’t big enough. But over all my family and I was very pleased with the cabin
Disappointed
1/5 Checked in Thursday hot water heater upstairs did not work until 5pm Saturday evening. Plumber had accesss to property Friday and Saturday repairs were attempted until midnight Friday night then returned Saturday at 3pm

Hi Carey, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
-We are sorry for the unanticipated repair.
-We contacted a plumber who was able to come while you were present in the home. From their report, you asked them to leave promptly without them completing their inspection to ensure it was fixed.
-It ended up requiring more attention, which called for an additional plumber visit and further postponed the repair.
-Thankfully, it did not affect the whole home, and the downstairs water heater was working properly for you to use the shower.
-It was an unfortunate circumstance, and we made every effort to resolve the issue while also being hospitable and respectful of your requests.
We do all we can for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
