  Great place good location … everything is as pictured … no problems with anything ac and heat worked great my family and myself enjoyed our stay… not far from anything considering everything is about 20 min away but peaceful stay

  The cabin was lovely, many room and many bathrooms. The first problem we had encounter is the door wasn’t opening with the key code, after good 10 minutes we realized a back door was open, which the host was surprised, and we all went in, after the next day the downstairs bedroom toilet clogged and it clogged so bad, the dirt started to come out from the sewer, that was right in front of the hot tub, so we were in a very weird situation, coz all our kids are going there to play, and they wanted to be in the hot tub but that wasn’t possible. So we let the host know and left the next morning. Other than that it was a nice trip. You just don’t expect to see poop out from the toilet! Lol!

• Needs more oversight

  I'm so glad we found a better alternative for our group who comes every winter. We had plenty of room/beds, good facilities, working utilities, and some amenities you won't get from staying in a hotel. But there are some issues that seem to be recurring that would benefit from some oversight.

  I read reviews noting the problem with the basement tub drainage - it has still not been fixed. Though when contacted, a maintenance person was sent to make the problem less problematic. It still needs a permanent fix.

  I read reviews noting some lack of cleanliness. Overall, the property looks well kept and surface cleaning is well taken care of. But upon opening pull-out beds, there are dirty linens. On one such bed, there were multiple layers of dirty sheets applied. As the person using that bed said, "each layer covering past mistakes." And when taking bedding off at the end of our stay, several beds revealed dirt, leaves, snacks underneath.

  Yes, there are some issues of wear and tear. But cleaning crews should be in contact with maintenance to cover easily fixable things. We encountered several light bulbs burned out, one strobing, and one was missing. There was a sink fixture that had come loose from the mount. And the access code wouldn't work well because batteries kept coming lose inside the box. Some of these things were fixed while we were there and others left to do during unoccupied time or left for the next group/family.

  Our contact person seemed very interested in fixing problems for us. I'm just not sure how interested other staff are to carry out those fixes.

  The home is nice but not clean at all. Floors were horrible, everyone’s feet were black!! Couldn’t take out shoes off or socks went I’m trash. Not enough trash cans for trash outside for a lot of people. Grill never worked properly. Cooking essentials need to be updated,(not enough pots and pans, need to throw away the ones they have) Towels had hair all over them, no mattress cover on some beds. Refrigerator didn’t cool good and water was leaking on floor. Internet service was horrible.. For the price I expected better. Get a better house cleaner or hire several to help, this house is to nice to have this many problems.

• The worst property I’ve ever stayed at.

  The description and photos make it seem like a dream. It is NOT!! plumbing issues, we could not get any service( which is obvious) but the wifi didn’t work either we couldn’t reach out to anyone. We had to leave property to make a call or etc. the cabin was filthy dirty!!! This place has probably never been cleaned. The floors were BLACK. My kids socks that were originally white are pitch black now. It’s disgusting!!! There’s roaches EVERYWHERE. The fridge is missing drawers!!! It was just the worst experience ever. Save yourself the booking. Lozanocorina4@gmail.cor if you need pics for proof. Save your money. It was not worst the 9k we paid.
