I have stayed in several homes with my family and never had any issues until this one. The fact it said pet friendly I was excited until I got there and there is no grass at all for a pet. Had to walk out on a dangerous road with curves and hill for my dog to get to grass. The hot tub had no water in it. I called the maintenance number that was listed . They told me there was no reason for it not to be ready to go . They would be out Tuesday night or first thing Wednesday morning. I called again Wednesday afternoon when they still had not come. I was told I was on the list .They did not get there until sometime Thursday , so it was not warm and ready to use till Friday night and we left Saturday morning. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we rented the house and only got to use it one time. I also woke up with a few roaches crawling in the kitchen and one on the bedroom wall upstairs . I am not one to complain and I didn't really want to post all of this on a review for these peoples home but it would be nice to get compensated for things that were not true about this listing and not just a sorry note from the owners .

-"Our homes are pet-friendly, with a gravel driveway suitable for pets. We often walk our dogs to the road, which has minimal traffic, being a dead-end with only a few neighboring houses.
-We apologize for the hot tub delay. When you reported the issue, our technicians were dealing with Covid-19-related challenges. This limited our ability to respond quickly to non-emergency calls. It took us two days to send a technician to your location due to the high demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
-Regarding the roach issue, this is the first instance we've heard of. Our pest control service promptly addressed the concern following guest feedback. According to our cleaning and maintenance teams, there have been no reports of roaches from other guests.
-We genuinely value your feedback, and we're here to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable experience."
This property was exactly what our large family needed. It was decently clean (except mold on grout in showers and I don't think the vacuum works so I had to slowly re-vacuum carpets because there was obviously food particles left - which then of course makes me question the rest of what may LOOK clean). The kitchen is well-appointed. Someone had started the hot tub for us and that was GREAT! BUT working with Evolve (third-party property owner/management) was a pain. There's no app (that's why I like VRBO) I had to chase down emails and log into a website that only worked half the time to try to get check-in details or any other details. In fact I just tried the website again and I get NO RESPONSE in trying to log in. So I still have no way to contact them. Consumers need, and now expect, ease of contact in the palm of our hands. And when I'm so used to operating in the user-friendly VRBO app, this was an abrupt change.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hot tub is a 110 so it doesn’t heat like a bigger hot tub. However it was still nice and the kids as well as adults!

The property was great the only issue we had is that our code to lock the door stoped working the day before we were supposed to check out it took us 30 minutes to get in touch with the property manager so we can get in but besides that me and my family had a great time

I want to start off by saying it was very misleading. The hot tub never worked. We were so hoping to relax in the hot tub and it didn't work even after we called and tried to get it fixed. My family only has Direct Tv so the tv wasn't an option. Try having kids with no TV. The sink in the upstairs bathroom didn't drain well. The firepit had no gas so we couldn't use it. It would have been nice to know that we had to provide our own propane. Very misleading. If it had worked we might could have entertained our kids a little with a hot fire and smores, but that did't happen either.

- The hot tub is working since it is drained and cleaned after each rental it needs at least a day to be hot.
- The smart TV allows guests to sign in to any of their streaming services and watch a variety of shows and movies. The house also provides a DVD/Blueray player to watch movies.
- This is the first the owner heard of the bathroom sink having issues, but they will check to make sure it is working properly for future guests.
- The welcome book notes that guests need to refill the propane tank if it is empty, just as guests need to provide the wood for wood-burning fire pits.
