A/C never worked and zero communication regarding it after the first time I contacted the owner. Cabin is nice enough and clean, but it’s in the very back of the woods, surrounded by trees, zero sun and nothing but bugs surrounding the inside and outside. Found a scorpion 20 minutes into being inside and the temp inside was 81 for four days. If you’re wanting to get some sun and spend time outside, I wouldn’t recommend this specific cabin mostly due to the location. Nice hot tub and shower. Overall, just wish the pictures and price matched the actuality of the situation.

We take a girls weekend every year somewhere. This year was Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very nice and if you didn't want to be found this was definitely the cabin to be in. It was well off the beaten path. A small car would not make it to this cabin definitely need AWD or 4WD. My only complaints are the water pressure is not very good. Could not use jacuzzi bath tub due to water pressure and taking so long to fill up and water had bad smell. Not any fault of owners. And consider moving the old hot tub in the drive way, it's kind of an eye sore. The hot tub outside was AMAZING. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and we're pleased with our stay.
The cabin is comfortable and very private, Everything was in good order and I feel like it was a good deal. Minuses are, bed squeaks a lot which was annoying. It's made of almost like fence posts that are not glued and every little movement it squeaks. But it was comfortable. The cabin is very cozy and we loved the privacy and solitude. The drive up was a little daunting the first time but then it was no big deal for me. I have a Chevy Malibu which made it up and down no problem. Just give it some gas going up and take your time going down. Although this has a Sevierville address the Pigeon Forge attractions are pretty close but not too close it you know what I mean. It was a short drive to SMNP and we spent the day at the NP and were home and in the hot tub in no time. Overall a really fun weekend which we both needed. I would rent this again without hesitation.
This was a major disappointment. I have rented many cabins in this area and never have I felt the need to demand a refund, until now. There was no indication in the listing of this property that there was not a paved drive to the cabin. It should have stated that a 4X4 with high ground clearance was highly recommended! Thankfully, while I was not in such a vehicle, my car is all-wheel drive, and that was our saving grace. The pavement ended long before reaching the cabin. From the point where the pavement ended, it was hit and miss with gravel. A section of the drive had been washed out! It was severely rutted, with no gravel. If I could have turned around, I would have, but there was no way to do so, especially not in a car. So, I had to try to keep the wheels of my car on top of the ruts in order to avoid bottoming out. Also, the final approach to the cabin is quite steep. The listing for this cabin indicated that there was a new hot tub. This may be true, as I was greeted at the top of the drive by an old, broken apart hot tub taking up part of the limited parking area. Upon entering the cabin, I was greeted by a very distinct musty smell. Since there was a 50/50 chance of rain predicted for the following day, my traveling companion and I decided it was best to not risk being able to get back out across the washed-out portion of the drive, as it would have been nothing but mud if it rained. We left without staying at this cabin.
