Great location but not for light sleepers
2/5 The cabin has a great location, within a mile of all the fun things in Pigeon forge. It’s the perfect size for a family of four, it was clean, and everything was in great condition. However, there were a few negatives for us. The primary bedroom bed creaked and squeaked from any movement. If my husband or I rolled over or got out of bed, the super-squeaky springs woke us. There is also traffic noise because the cabin is close to a busy road, but we resolved that with white noise. There are no extra safety locks (like the manual latch or chain type) on the doors, which concerned us because we have small kids, and you can’t always trust the electric-type lock. Lastly, you can’t lock the bathroom door between the primary bedroom and bathroom. The door knob locks, but it doesn’t catch, so it’s easy to just push open. Since the bathroom has two entryways, you really can’t guarantee that someone won’t walk in on you in the bathroom. We liked the TVs in each area and the video game console.

We were only made aware of your mentioned concerns from your review instead of during your time at the cabin.
- We value the condition of our furniture and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Once we were aware of your feedback, the mattress was immediately replaced as we want all of our guests to be nothing but satisfied.
