• Amazing Riverfront Property

  This was the perfect home for our Smoky Mountains vacation. When we pulled in to the

  property a beautiful bald eagle flew over the river! Spectacular! The house was everything we needed. The beds were so comfy! We loved the secluded location, but it was still close to all of the attractions. The deck was amazing to watch the birds and ducks on the river. Parking under the house was convenient on the rainy days. Can't say enough about the property

• A lovely home!

  I stayed at the River Oar'Asis from 11/4-7/22 for a family reunion. This house was for some spillover family who didn't fit in the main cabin rental. The location was perfect, the rooms were sizable, the house was clean and well stocked with the essentials, and the host's towel presentation game was STRONG, lol (they were beautifully presented). The house is located abt 5-7 min away from plenty of places to eat along the main drag (Parkway) as well as activities for families. Two very minor issues were with the internet and the carbon monoxide detector. We were kicked off the wifi multiple times. Before we reset the router, I reached out to the host to make sure it would be ok to do so and never heard back. Since we weren't spending the majority of our time at the house, it wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to have my question acknowledged. As for the carbon monoxide detector, the battery needed to be changed... we all knew it when it chirped all night long on our first night there. We happened to be staying during Daylight savings weekend when most homes swap the batteries in those household items. No fault to anyone... it happens. We removed the battery the next morning and left it on the table to remind the homeowner to change the batteries. Overall, it was a wonderful weekend!

  Great overall experience. If you want to be close to all the area has to offer, but far enough away for comfortability, this area is a great location. 5 minutes or less to the Parkway, with several 'escape routes' close by to navigate around high traffic areas. Home is beautiful and comfortable, with a recent upgrade. Had a question for owner, very helpful and courteous. We are regular visitors to Pigeon Forge, we will have this property on our list for future visits.

  We loved River Oar’asis ! It was modern, clean, beautiful and in a super nice neighborhood. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had an issue with the dryer and called the management company, and the owner came out and replaced it. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. Loved it, wish I could have stayed longer.
