  When we arrived we found the cabin was very clean and well prepared for our visit. We loved the location and the proximity to the Pigeon Forge attractions. The cabin and surrounding area was beautiful and we had a very relaxing experience. We absolutely plan to return in the future.

• Relaxing and comfortable

  This was our second time staying at the snuggle inn. We would stay over and over again. We love it so much. The view is amazing and everything you need is in the cabin. We love the area, it’s quiet and at a perfect location. I am not a fan of steep roads, and this cabin is in the perfect place for both comfort and scenery. By far, the best experience for us. You won’t regret staying at this cabin, it’s a great pick.

  This cabin was more beautiful than expected. Fantastic location. Once arriving I was at ease, all instructions were simple and clear. Our guest contact was very quick to respond if there was anything we needed. Husbands only complaint was the steep drive way, this was included in the description. Was not a problem for us though. Once at the top of the driveway you’re at the door so no mountains of steps to climb. Perfect stay for us and our fur baby. Thank you for a great weekend!!

  I never leave a bad review, but PLEASE don't rent this cabin until it has been DEEP CLEANED & SANITIZED! We knew it was older, pet-friendly & we didn't expect a luxurious cabin, but it should've been cleaned better than just a "wet-cloth-wipe-down".PROS: Large enough. Spacious kitchen w/lots of plates, cups, silverware, etc. & non-stick pots & pans. Wash all before use. Small dish detergent provided but no sponge. New fridge. An old 1970s green hand mixer was an unexpected throwback. No dog odor. No cobwebs/spiders/bugs inside. Beds were comfy. Lots of clean towels provided.CONS: Steep driveway, cars may scrape on street. Only 1 parking space, not for trailers, large trucks, large vans. Extra parking at pool further up the community, not walking distance. Broken rocking chair (mentioned in a previous review) still there/broken/safety hazard. Arrived late night & had trouble with lock code. Limited cell phone reception meant a drive back down to main road to call office for new code. Very friendly/helpful. Cabin looked clean at first, but it wasn't. Had to clean kitchen/bathroom. Tub was dirty, hair in it & a used pink razor still up on top shelf! Dog hairs on kitchen counters & stove. Bed quilt had brown stains & what looked like dried nasal mucus. Tossed it into the "giant tub", which served no purpose other than to house the pillows & quilt that we didn't use. THANK GOD I brought our own sheets, pillows & blankets! I put them right over the ones provided. Next morning was worse. I don't have allergies but woke with stuffy nose. Then I noticed everything else. They honored our request for a new A/C filter, but A/C return was filthy & defeated the purpose of new filter. Floors were swept, not mopped; dirty & very uneven/wonky. MONTHS of caked-on dust on tops of tvs, fans, mantle, decor, baseboards, doors, walls, corners, etc. Ceiling fans in living room & upstairs are dangerously wobbly & noisy; unusable. Living room tv remote missing. Could only watch tv in bedroom. After night 2 there was smell of mildew in main bedroom. Daughter noticed mold on shower wall. On the last day, when I removed our bed sheets, then removed THEIR bed sheets per check-out instructions, what I found underneath their sheets (on the mattress protector) was absolutely disgusting! Human hair, dog hair & crusty stains! Was told cleaning fee would be reimbursed. Terribly disappointed in what could be a REAL NICE CABIN if properly cleaned & maintained. Hoping they listen.
