    The whole place was dirty. Floors were filthy hair was everywhere. The bedsheet even had hair all in them. Dead lady bugs and stink bugs every where. Outlet cover was broke in one room i was scared my kid would stick her finger in it. No toliet paper or trash bags. Towels were left in the washer and smelled horrible. Fridge and freezer was not cleaned out. Trash and food was left in cabinets and drawers.

  • No information sent for Condo number or door lock code

    I am new to VRBO, so I just realized that I had no idea what, when, where, or who to find out which condo we were staying in and how to get in. There were two numbers on the clubhouse door to call, but neither knew who we were. I called VBRO directly, and then the condo owner, Evolve, sent an email. So wasted almost an hour sitting in the parking lot of the address we were sent earlier, waiting to figure out which condo and a door lock code.
