- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Press # after entering your phone number
- Please only use the back door through the alley to enter or exit the property. Every time you exit the property please make sure the door is completely shut before you lock the door by simply pushing the # symbol on the front door keypad
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- The rear door is a sliding door and should always be left closed. You can locate the key to the rear door when in the building. Kindly leave this key on the kitchen island when you are checking out
- There is a trash bag in the compartment under the kitchen island. The trash can is accessible through the rear door
- Trash pickup happens every Thursday morning, kindly pull the trash out to the parking lot in the rear of the building
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
