Lovely Rental with Lots of Space
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this spacious rental that is located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do! We watched the sunset nightly and spent a lot of time on the balcony. The rental was neatly decorated, clean and comfortable and the unique, Memphis themed decor is a great touch. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Memphis.

Very nice property!
5/5 Two adult couples spent four nights here. It was perfect for two couples, as there are two bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The property is in the city, within walking distance to many attractions. Because it is in the city, there are city noises… which you may or may not expect. Occasional cars or people going by…and there are train tracks not too far away. The trains did not bother us, but they are noticeable. The home is very nicely furnished and very clean. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and the linens were lovely. The kitchen is well supplied. One thing to be aware of …the property is part of a 4 unit complex. There are 2 parking spaces for each unit …but they are not reserved spaces. There were several times we had to park down the street a bit. Not insurmountable, just something to be aware of. Overall a great place to stay — we would book it again if we were going to be in Memphis.

Great property, great location!
5/5 Two adult couples stayed for five days. The property was perfect for us with two master suites. The lower level was comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The beds were both extremely comfortable. The location was great -- in town but not in the middle of the city. The walk above the river on the bluff was just across the street and was lovely. There are city noises, as one would expect. Sometimes cars going by, or people talking outside ... but nothing unusual. There is parking directly in front of the building, but it is not specific to the unit. Parking was a little challenging on occasion, but manageable. We would stay here again if we return to Memphis!
Perfect getaway
5/5 All around Great! Felt as comfortable as home. Which means, very very clean!! Had every little detail you would need if you forgot to pack something. The veiw from our little balcony was nice. The beds were very comfortable. We will be recommending this place to everyone and we ourselves will be back, because We Love Memphis!!
