5/5 This property was amazing! Great location and plenty of room for our whole family. Fun amenities for the kids and a great setting for an evening campfire. Had plenty of homewares and very relaxing in the home. And only a few minutes to downtown Knoxville!

Perfect spot for UT trips
5/5 Perfect spot for staying for University of Tennessee (and downtown Knoxville) events when you want more space than a hotel. The beds and bedding were awesome - exceeded our expectations. Kitchen has everything you need - fully stocked including a nice coffee maker (pot or individual cup). We spent some time outside with the cornhole boards while we cooked out on the charcoal grill. It has a nice outdoor area with lights and a firepit. Perfect for smores!. Host was very responsive to information requests and even helped us out when a friend left his keys and shipped them the next day. Would definitely stay again.
