Perfect location
5/5 The housing community was safe. Ideal location for the local attractions and downtown Knoxville. The house was very clean, well furnished for comfort and kitchen. I was amazed at how close to all the attractions the house is, just a few minutes to drive with little traffic. Will definitely reserve this house again when in the area.

Great unit for weekend ball game
5/5 Stayed here with a few friends for the Vols football game. Unit is clean and comfortable and a short drive to Neyland Stadium. Great value for the price.
