It was a great place, as advertised
5/5 We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We were in town for an event for my son at UT and the unit accommodated all 5 of us just right. We will book again if ever back in the area!

Great Location
5/5 We were all very comfortable staying here. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Breakfast at Oli Beas was awesome. We were in town for Mountain bike race at Bakers Creek. 8 minutes drive made it great

Not anywhere close to the pictures online! Very dirty!!
1/5 This property needs a thorough cleaning. Also, there is a disconnect between property owner and property management company. It seemed the owner did not know we were arriving. The condo was ridiculously dirty. Beds unmade/slept in-dirty laundry everywhere-old food in the refrigerator and a used dog bowl on the kitchen floor. It was shockingly bad. The place was covered in dirt and dust. Bathrooms were so dirty we would not even use the showers. There were old toiletries left in the showers. Because we arrived late, i had to immediately start stripping beds and cleaning just so we could have a place to sleep. Even after that, the upstairs guest bedroom mattresses were so disgusting (which i discovered when having to wash the sheets) that we would not let our kids sleep on them. Our children had to sleep on the couches. This property needs a major overhaul and cleaning before it should be allowed to be rented. It has a ton of potential and the location was convenient to downtown/UTK/ Market street. Currently, however, it is not anywhere close to the pictures online. And seriously, the mattresses are so gross-pretty sure it’s a health violation!

- We apologize for the lack of cleanliness. We have the home professionally cleaned in between each guest's stay however, it seems like certain areas were missed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not have this same experience.
- We are sorry the mattress was unkept and not to your standard. We have thrown the old mattress away and replaced it with a new one. We are sorry you had this experience.
