Easy access top get in.
Easy directions once you enter the community even at mid night.
I have visited Smokies every year for past 12 years, but this view of the Mountain from patio was best I have seen.
Great cozy cabin
5/5 We had a great stay. When we first arrived, the power was out. I called the manager/owner and apparently a storm knocked the power line down. We did have the timer on the fireplace, so that was a plus. It took around 18 hours for the power to get turned back on, but the owner definitely made it right. After that, the whole trip was awesome. Loved the cabin. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub had great views. Will definitely stay again.

Not what we expected
3/5 The property manager said he didn’t even know we were coming when I called to get the code to enter the property. The fireplace, jacuzzi tub and waterfall didn’t work during our stay.

- We were fully aware of your booking and arrival, we were not aware that you'd be checking in early otherwise we would have set the code for an earlier time. We let you in the home for an early check-in with no issues.
- As we value the condition of the home, we want our guests to enjoy themselves and all the amenities available. The fireplace does operate well and our last guest confirmed it too. We sincerely apologize that the hot tub was not functioning properly and we will ensure to address that immediately.
- We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately.

5/5 5 stars - Really loved our stay here. Easily fit all 5 of us - 3 kids loved having the space upstairs all to themselves (we brought a twin air mattress). Cabin was warm and cozy with a beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable. 4 stars for location/neighborhood - neighborhood is secluded with lots of twisting, narrow roads. Had trouble finding the cabin at night, but Mike was able to talk us through it. I'd suggest trying to find it before dark! Absolutely go to Trish's Mountain Diner while you're here - less lines and great food!
