Booked a weekend for me and my girlfriend! It was amazing. Super cozy and quiet! 10 minute drive from Downtown, and plenty of beautiful scenery!
Both living room chairs were broken, remote for tv in living room didn’t work, another chair had duct tape covering holes, the other chair was in poor condition. There are two definite holes in the bathroom floor that they just covered with cheap flooring. It’s likely someone will end up seriously injured when their foot goes through the floor. They leave a sign and give you a number to call if you have issues, except they don’t answer. They also don’t answer emails either. The fireplace doesn’t work. The hot tub cover is in very poor condition and broken, we didn’t even bother trying to use it because with a broken cover it would be impossible to get back on. The photos are misleading the hot tub is smaller may fit 2 smaller sized people, but even that is pushing it. They also say to put trash in outside bins, except they don’t have any of those and we ended up having to take it to a restaurant that was nice enough to allow us to put it in their bin. Definitely will NEVER book with this company again. I would attach photos but they won’t allow that , Shocker! We ended up leaving a night early because we were over the no communication and you couldn’t relax there anywhere because the furniture was broken.

When I had planned a trip to Tennessee I expected it to be a truly relaxing experience. I however was wrong and this cabin was largely the reason as to why. There are a multitudes of issues ranging everywhere from a chess board that has one corner chewed to ants in the bathroom. Of the two TVs one worked, so don’t plan in bringing DVDs you can’t use them. A divide from the living room to the kitchen simply was missing a lip, and the other half of the lip had a nail sticking up that if you weren’t careful you’d step on. In the pictures you see 3 recliners but there are 4 however and 2 of the 4 are broken. One in the living room in theory is really nice, it massages you and heats itself, however when my very petite friend decided to sit down on it the left side decided to give out. After looking it looks as though the screws on that side of the recliner simply were never put it, so it’s not completely built. The second one is an ok looking fabric recliner that looks as though someone took shears to it, and badly tried to tape it together. There is a mattress under the bed in the bedroom that has mysterious white stains on it and a giant gash in it. The bathroom has 3 spots where the floor is sinking in and the wood that’s on the floor is sinking with it, one such spot is in the shower. The entire bathroom is terribly caulked and there were ants all over the place. The pullout couch where I stayed wouldn’t fit someone 5’8 and was dirty. It had crumbs all over it. The hot tub was dirty, the grill was dirty. The top of the front door is too small from the original frame. There’s a certain light switch that is currently at a 45° angle, and it seems to be done on purpose. The stove was uneven and almost caused a fire and when searching for the fire extinguisher I quickly realized that it wasn’t where the owners said it would be. The amount of fines and fees these people threaten are insane and their sinks were all clogged, so if I wanted to have running water I needed to unclog them. And the crème de la crème after a long day we all decide to lay down for a bit, and while laying down someone just started cutting the tree outside the cabin, how truly relaxing the sound of a chainsaw is. Tennessee itself was truly beautiful and I would 100% recommend going there. If you do however, stay far away from this cabin.
