  We had a great experience, it was my wife and daughters first time going to Tennessee. The cabin was great, the views were perfect, and everything we wanted to go to was just right down the street. We will definitely be back for our next vacation!!!

  Everything was great! The property manager called before we arrived and let us know ahead of time that the heating element in the hot tub went out and they would be by to fix it that evening. Quickly fixed that issue and answered all my questions I had. This property is great for a family vacation has an amazing view as well! We had 8 total with my wife and our 6 children. Would definitely stay here again!

  Had an amazing time was not heard to find the cabin the view was breath taking the store's and gift shapes are not far from the house could not ask for anything more

  Although our trip was relaxing, we had multiple issues starting from arrival. Our code to access the chalet wasn't what we were told it would be and we had trouble contacting the owner. This was resolved with a later checkout time which while appreciated only started our bad experience. My MIL is on a walker and the chalet is listed as handicap accessible. There were absolutely no walk in showers and it was difficult for her to get around the house with a walker. She was confined to a couple of rooms and wasn't able to shower for our entire stay. We also had issues with the heat not warming. When we contacted the owner, we never heard anything back from her. We froze for 3 nights even sleeping in sweatshirts and bundled up. We had to keep the oven turned on and bathroom heaters going just to keep it tolerable. The upstairs room dropped into the 50s at night. We will definitely not be renting from this owner again.

  Hi Leslie, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests is at the forefront of our mission, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The access code was a human mistake. Our cleaning crew was there to assist, and they immediately apologized and offered a two-hour late checkout to make things right for the 15-minute delay during check-in.
  - We would never want to mislead any guests, especially travelers who may need assistance. The home is considered accessible by ADA standards. All the living areas are on a single, ground floor, with no stairs needed to access the main part of the house. The upstairs is a game room and sleeping quarters for kids.
  - During your stay, there was an Emergency Freeze, and the local electric company was having "rolling blackouts" as they did not have enough to power the entire grid at one time. We kept your group informed and updated on this situation.
  - Our local Guest Contact always aims to get back to guests promptly. Sadly, they were dealing with a family emergency so they could not take or return calls immediately; however, they were in contact with you during your visit.
  The owner and their team do all they can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!
