The outside of the property wasn't as clean as the photos pictured, but the inside was accurate. Overall my kids and I enjoyed ojr stay and we had fun using the yard while grilling.

Perfect house for a short girls trip to the city. The house location was great! Pretty much 8/15 min to everything. Light and airy, but still an original cute feel. The heated tile floor in the master was amazing! Appreciated the quality glasses and dinnerware. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Home was well taken care of and had everything we needed for the stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, house was clean and there were plenty of linens. It's on a dead end road so the kids could ride their scooters without any fear of cars really. Yard was plenty big for them to run around and play as well. Overall, a great stay. As I was doing Ironman Chattanooga that weekend, it was a perfect location for us. It was right on the bike course but then it was only a 10-12 min drive downtown to everything we needed to get to. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Home was awesome. RV was parked on property and wasn't made aware of it until the last minute. Eventhough we didn't see the ppl, it was a little awkward. Car parked in driveway and home is in a dead end street. Not alot of room to get in and out. Cars parked on the street. Just a really not favorable parking experience. But again, home was great with great TV and WiFi.

Chris, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the property.
-We are sorry you were caught off guard by the RV parked in the backyard. This is our aunt and uncle's RV; they parked it there while they were visiting family elsewhere.
-Renters are welcome to park in the yard. It should be noted that more than 2 cars will require parking deeper in the yard or further down the street since it is a dead-end street. If guests have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
The house was great for our group of 5! It was close to everything. One of the reasons we chose this property was for the outside living space - porch and fire pit! It was too rainy to use the outside space BUT I will say we wouldn't have used the space due to the property owner/caretakers living in a camper 15 feet off the back porch. This is not part of the description nor in any of the pictures. Again, we didn't have an issue, I just think it should be included in the description of the property!
