  Good location, near downtown, but that’s about it. Wasn’t very clean, poorly maintained, backyard is a field, driveway isn’t useable, kitchen is poorly stocked, the list goes on. It was a disappointing stay to say the least.

We have high standards for our property to ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and prepared after each guest. so we were surprised by your comment regarding the cleanliness. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out so we can address and resolve any issue immediately
  -We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests with a well-maintained natural, private backyard yard and a rustic firepit that backs up to a natural preserve not shared with other neighbors
  -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously, and the parking is as advertised
  -The kitchen contains basic supplies and glasses and silverware for six people since that is how many the home sleeps

• Online pictures of this house are deceiving

  The pictures online of this house are so cute ; but once we got there we weren’t at all sure if it was a safe neighborhood. The window curtains are absolutely terrible; they don’t even begin to cover the windows( and thats an easy fix). We had a hard time drying our hair and putting makeup on as there aren’t many mirrors other than the bathroom and the lighting is awful. I will say the beds were comfortable. We were glad that we only stayed 2 nights and didn’t spend a lot of time at this house. This is the first bad review I’ve ever given a place I stayed with thru VRBO

  -The home is professionally photographed to ensure that it is accurately depicted in the listing photos and our listing was exactly as shown in the pictures you relied upon for your booking
  -Lighting in every room is exactly the same as represented in the pictures. The homeowner let us know there are three large mirrors outside of the bathroom and the bathroom has a window that provides ample light. We recommend opening the curtain and allowing the natural light in as well

  Convenient to all the areas we wanted to visit - Lookout Mountain, downtown, Riverwalk, and NorthShore. Heather included everything we needed (and more!) for our stay. We enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit and really appreciated the supplies she left for us. Highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Chattanooga!
