1/5 This was a new listing and was offered at 20% off through VRBO, we did not get the discount and VRBO did not "have our back" as they claim. Had I known we would not get the discount, I would have booked elsewhere, it is basically in a horrible run down location, the bed was falling apart, the mattress was falling in, there are NO CLOSETS or any place to hang cloths, not even hooks on the back of the doors, the one dresser is old and the drawers don't shut, it looks like they pieced it together with cheap new furniture and garage sale items but the worst part was our room 102 is next door to 103 which has a couple and 5 kids and a large dog who actually live there and the adults smoke, we do not smoke and they chain smoke literally standing outside their door and when we went in or out, it blew into our unit constantly, you can't even go to your car without walking through their smoke! AND they toss their nasty cigarette butts all over the ground, even though there is a sign that says not to! And it definitely was not as clean as I would have liked, but we made due as we couldn't get a refund. If you don't mind chain smokers out your door, screaming kids and the ghetto, then this is a place to sleep uncomfortably and take a shower. By the way, I have pictures to back up my claims and we are still owed the 20% discount! On the plus side, Shoneys is right down the street!
