Wonderful place
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was pretty much on par with what was in the property listing which was great! If I had to critique anything...which is hard really because we really did enjoy our stay...it would be that the property accepts dogs so we brought our dogs. So awesome! But it is right off the highway and there is no fenced area to let the dogs out so we had to be super careful since we are in an unfamiliar area and my dogs LOVE to chase rabbits (and there are a lot of rabbits here-LOL). We were just a little paranoid that they would run around to the front and end up too close to the road. So even a small fenced area for the dogs to go out would be super helpful. The only other thing was that some of the deck boards felt a bit loose. Maybe not an issue now, but another winter could do them in. :)Otherwise, the house was close enough to Wal-Mart so we could get our groceries and eat at the house every day which was perfect! Also, since everything we wanted to see is so spaced out we felt like this property was kind of central to be able to space out those drives and still have a nice evening at the house! We loved it! Great house!
4/5 Kirk has a beautiful property, the only thing that I PERSONALLY didn’t like was the amount of insects at night also the cleaning was not very good, or maybe they just forgot to vacuum the stairs because we found death moths on the them. But overall great house and confortable!!

From the Guest Contact: "Sandra, we completely understand your frustration with the moths. This year we had a particularly heavy migration of the Miller moths that lasted about two weeks. Your party came in during the tail end of that period. Our cleaning crew would have vacuumed all flooring before your arrival but during that period we noticed moths would again accumulate between cleaning completion and guest arrival. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there was no place within a 100 radius that was moth-free this year."
