We had a very enjoyable family trip with family, my elderly mother and mother in law. Especially Enjoyed the screened in porch area. We will definitely return to this home!

We had an extended stay. The house has a kitchen both upstairs and downstairs. Lots of room for grandparents, kids, and grandkids! The kitchens were well equipped. We loved the place. You will too!

The home was very nice and beds really comfortable! I liked the open concept and we had plenty of room! However we needed to buy toilet paper and paper towels on the first day. These items should have been stocked before we arrived. The rental manager is also the cleaning company for the home and he didn't take the time to answer any of my questions that I emailed to him prior to us arriving. Also, I left an expensive hearing device attached to the TV, which I discovered on our 12-hour drive home. We called him to ask him to mail it back, which he agreed to do, but its been 3 weeks and I still don't have it. I feel he doesn't want to be bothered. He acted as though it wasn't an important request. This is the main reason we will not rent again from them.

-We strive to make our house as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests. It's highly important to us that our guests are given the essentials for their stay to have what they need to be comfortable. We provide a well-stocked home with enough paper goods, including trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and essentials to accommodate the house for the current occupancy. We will collaborate with our cleaners regarding the toiletries, we apologize for this oversight
-You let us know after checking out about your missing hearing aid. We inspected the home after your departure and found the said item. Unfortunately, we were delayed shipping this back due to the holidays. As with any guest concerns, we were happy to address them and were able to get the item back to you as soon as possible
