Excellent place to stay. Close to beach.
5/5 The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. Close to the private beach access. Community had indoor pool, outdoor pools, splash pad, playground, dog park, and other amenities. We recommend paying the $10 to get gate card to get in and out of all gates in community. Food lion and kroger within short distance from house. Most myrtle beach activities are about 20 to 30 minute drive, this house is south of myrtle in quieter community.

5/5 We had the best time! The property was very clean and well maintained and just the right size for all of us. The beach and many other amenities were just steps away. We will be revisiting!

Decent Place
4/5 Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we did have a few minor issues. The home was nicely decorated, the showers were hot, water pressure good, and the beds were comfortable. Access to the beach was great and so were the neighborhood amenities. On the other side, the master toilet ran constantly and wouldn't fill up so we shut it off and had to use another bathroom. The cable and TV speakers weren't connected and it took us a few days to finally get everything working. The kitchen sink faucet handle was broken, which made it difficult to get hot water, and there isn't much counter space to prepare meals. The house was clean, but there were socks, silverware and Kleenex under the chairs in the living room. I texted the homeowner about the TV and didn't hear back. I think they may have been out of cell range.

Family friendly
4/5 Nicely decorated, kitchen supplied with everything except paper towels. Not much counter space. The dishwasher not connected to counter, a hazard . Not happy with 3 rolls of TP for 6 adults/2 kids for 4 nights, had to buy some. Skinny soap, had to buy that too. Hair shampoo and body wash missing or empty. Be sure to bring your own paper supplies and soaps. Great location and short walk to beach. Comfortable seating and beds. 2 bedrooms had bathrooms. Had to call owner for lock number.
