CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the A/C
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
HOA RULES:
- No unregistered guests allowed
- Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit
- Please don't rearrange the furniture.
- Do not climb on the pool roof. Violators will be evicted immediately
- Grilling on balconies, hallways, breezeways, and other undesignated places is prohibited. Charcoal grills are provided for your convenience on the North end of the building near the outdoor pool
- Clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall not be hung from balconies, clotheslines or windowsills nor draped across balcony furniture. Cigars, cigarettes or any other object shall not be thrown from balconies. The feeding of birds from the balconies is strictly prohibited
- The use of fireworks is prohibited on Water Pointe I property by both the HOA and local North Myrtle Beach ordinance

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
- Oversized vehicles are only permitted in the 2nd and 3rd lots. Vehicles over 20 ft long or 7 ft wide, or 8 ft high, passenger vans, campers, trailers and boats should be parked acccordingly. Commercial vehicles of any kind are prohibited
- Motorcycles are prohibited
- Rented Golf Carts are not allowed on-site
- Vehicles must be moved every 10 days. Unused vehicles may not be stored on property
