    Overall it was a good stay. Only issues were that our code was not programmed when we got there and after a couple of days we were locked out because the battery died on the key code panel. Both issues were handled fairly quickly.

  • Nice condo unit

    Condo unit was updated and had everything we needed. Garbage cans were right outside the room which was convenient. The carpets did have a-lot of stains and the balcony could use some updated furniture. Other than that, it was nice. Our biggest issue with our stay was with the property itself. The pools and pool deck were not clean. Parking was far and not user friendly. There were people loitering around the property and a lot of unruly guest that prevented us from feeling safe. I realize these things are out of the property owners control but played a part in our experience so I wanted to share.

    Place was decent with plenty of room. Load of towels were left in the dryer & dishes left in dishwasher when we arrived that we had to put away. There was no vacuum or carpet sweeper for us to clean sand up and pool requires bands that we were told were supposed to be in a welcome packet that was not there, so contacted property Mgr, didn't receive reply til next day that they would contact whoever needed to get them to us but this was never taken care of and no other response was received.
