Great view
4/5 This place has a great view of the ocean. It is very convenient to get to the beach and all the swimming pools are very close.
A few options for eating so you don't have to leave the resort.
The hallways and elevator area are in need of some updating but there seems to be some updating going on in the resort, so maybe that is next. I am sure it is hard to keep the exterior looking good being so close to the beach. Staff at the resort were present and constantly cleaning the common areas.
The condo is a good size and parking is convenient in a nearby gated parking garage.
The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise it was clean and has a good layout. The condo has all the needed appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping but just outside of all the really heavy traffic.
We would stay there again.

Family trip
5/5 Matt was wonderful to deal with. He was easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and fully stocked. Even the staff at Baywatch were really nice. I honestly will keep this booking as my fave for future trips to the beach. Thank you Matt!!!
