Definitely Recommend
5/5 This is a good house for big families or couples. We only had 2 couples and the separate downstairs was great. You could have the benefits of a house but still had separate living areas. You do enter through the bottom and have to go upstairs to get to upstairs. Entry was super easy with the lockbox. The house was clean but could use a good deep cleaning during a slow time. The cleaning crew did leave numerouse cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, rags and Mr. Erasers laying around but not that big of a deal. I did notify owner so he is aware. Beds were very comfortable, lots of really hot water and good water pressure. There was a giant tv in the living room- I think 72 inches. It has everything and every channel you need on it. Be aware that this is the only tv upstairs- no tv's in bedrooms. Not a deal breaker I am just one of those people who is used to going to sleep with tv on. Kitchen has a really big refrigerator and also everything you need if you plan to cook. Walmart is less than 2 miles away so you can go get everything you need. The wrap around porch is awesome. You can access it from every room in house. Great place to drink your coffee or hang out at night with a cocktail. We didnt get to use the firepit because it was really windy when we were there. But it looks like it would be a fun place for everyone to hang out. Bring your own firewood. The parking garage is great. It keeps the salt air off of your car. There is also plenty of parking for everyone else. I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. I would recomnend this house for your family or couples.

Quite and peaceful community
4/5 Booked online by the pictures and location. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Had issues with internet and no TV for for three days. Owner was very easy to work with. Plenty of room for families. Would stay again.

Perfect for Large Family or Extended Family
4/5 Excellent communication with Manager / Owner. Great location to beach. Do not try to work remotely here — not the best internet. Manager did try to correct issue as quickly as possible. HVAC vents needs dusting but everything else is just as pictures look. Thank you!
