  We love Beach Cove and were happy to find a VRBO there. The condo was nicely furnished but a bit dirty. The cleaning crew wasn’t very thorough. We cleaned before we left so maybe they will have time to do better. Thank you for another fabulous week at Beach Cove!!

  Condo was exactly as described. Loved having several hooks to hang up towels, hats, and bags. Evolve lady, Cindy, was the sweetest person to talk to. She answered questions and was very helpful. The weather was a little chilly, but it didn't stop us from having a great relaxing trip. I loved that the condo had a fan... can't sleep without one. I would definitely rent from them again.

  I would have loved to give this a good review because the owners have a nice place…..the problems all lie with who manages the rentals….3 different occasions, on arrival, I sent a message to the contact person with absolutely no response….we had a half a roll of toilet paper when we got there….my husband uses.a cane and I was confused on the parking garage and where to find the luggage carts…the listing says 3rd floor and that is not true….when you ask a question at the front desk they inform you that we are through a private rental and they can’t answer any questions we have….so for this reason I will never book here again or anywhere that uses evolve management company

  Denise, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry you encountered a few issues during your visit.
  
  - We provide starter toiletries for their vacation and we store the extra toiletries under the sink as well, however we are sorry if you may have missed this.
  
  - This could be different considering they did just take down the catwalk to the third floor due to damage however, the carts are typically located randomly throughout the Resort, usually in the lobby in a designated area.
  
  - We're sorry that the lobby, front desk, restaurants and gym are not included in your rental. Having our guests enjoy the outside amenities doesn't go along with the guidelines of our resort and because we are private owned the front desk isn't well equipped to help with our guests issues, however we encourage our guests to reach out the the Guest Contact in the event that any issues do arise.
  
  - We've reached out to our team in regard to them being more responsive when it comes to requests or concerns from our guest. We understand how frustrating this is and we will have this issue corrected immediately.

• Amazing view

  The condo is located an awesome location very close to all Myrtle beach attractions. It was very nice to stay on the beach. While the condo is clean and has all the things you may need, the resort itself could use a renovation and deep cleaned. We are not very picky about places; however, this resort and property owners need to really consider investing into improving the cosmetics not only for the looks but also because some areas seemed unsafe.

• Not as described, very poor communication

  The condo had an adjoining room which was NOT mentioned in the description and we could hear nearly everything that was going on including a screaming baby and loud occupants. Guests should be made aware of this as I would have thought twice. I called and tried to leave a voicemail on Saturday at the number the guest contact provided via text. It was full and I was hung up on immediately. I texted and received no response. I then alerted them to other issues via text as well and that I would not be leaving a positive review given the price and problems. Still no response. At least one comforter/quilt had stains on it which was gross, particularly for the price. Towels were incredibly thin. We had a huge puddle of water outside our door which we could not avoid stepping in to get in the condo for the first day and a half. I therefore had to clean up water every time we went in. While there are power strips on the side of the nightstand between the beds, when one is being used, the other side did not work. Lack of enough outlets to charge our electronics and we only had 3 people. No dishwashing liquid to clean dishes...I had to go buy it. Not as clean as it should have been overall given the fee we are charged for cleaning and the price. The flooring looked newer which was nice. Property and unit getting very dated and shower was very hard to turn on and off. View and location were very good. However, due to the other issues, I should be refunded some of the cost and cannot recommend at the price we paid. They were made aware the review would not be positive and still did not respond.

  Hi Melissa, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - There is a door connecting the next unit which is the case in most of the Beach Cove rooms, we want to assure you the door is extremely thick wood and contains sound better than any of the actual walls. After you made the report of the noise, we reached out to the owner of the adjoining room and they assured us it was just themselves which were two adults and no baby present.
  - While we're sorry this happened during your stay, there was a very bad rain storm that flooded a lot of Myrtle Beach Streets, the puddle was down the outside hallway where it was raining and completely out of our control.
  - We had just left the condo ourselves before your stay and being very particular with our bedding we can attain that we found and saw no stains on the bedding. We make sure all bedding is washed in between guest stays.
  - On each side of the end table there are a total of 10 outlets that we installed between the beds so that guests would have plenty of outlets for charging devices, we also have 8 USB plugs in the bedroom and Living room which were all working perfectly before we left, there is a switch by the door that controls the light and plug outlets, perhaps it was turned off, however, we will have them checked to ensure they are working correctly.
  - The condo has been completely updated, with new tile flooring, new paint, all new furniture, new kitchen, and bathroom cabinets, and we recently installed a new AC unit.
  - We have never had a complaint about the cleanliness of our condo before and we were surprised to hear this comment as we had just left the condo in immaculate condition.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
