We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this condo. It was exactly as described and it perfectly fit our needs. There was a minor issue with the dryer, which was damaged by a previous vacationer, and a repair person was onsite to correct it within a few hours of contacting the property manager. The beach was amazing.

We had 5 adults and a 1 year old. We loved this condo, the views were fantastic and the place was kept up very nice. Easy access to the beach and during our stay we were the only ones using the pool. Did have issues with the recliners being broken and you will need to be able to climb steps because there is no elevator for a third floor condo. We could use the exercise so it was no biggie for us. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property for our vacation because of the excellent combination of location and moderate cost. Overall we were very pleased.The condo itself was as advertised, with a full kitchen, great dining/living area, and a master bedroom and deck which overlooked the dunes and beach. The shower in the master bathroom was much better than we had expected.Our complaints are minor, and they could be almost entirely alleviated by better communication with the Evolve company (the local hosts). 1. The main (sliding) door from the living room to the balcony was so difficult to open (because of corrosion in the sliding track), that everybody needed to go in and out through the bedroom door. We let the company know but received no reply;2. There were some lightbulbs out. We let the company know but received no reply.3. Although we were informed that the host company would only supply a minimum of consumables (toilet paper and paper towels), I think that it would be reasonable to expect more than two rolls of TP and one of paper towels for six people and a four-night stay.4. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with most of the non-food items you would expect, but I would suggest replacing chipped plates and other items showing excessive wear.Again, the complaints are minor, and if we plan a vacation to the Myrtle Beach area again, we will look for this property FIRST.

Steps from beach was very convenient. Pool was great. Condo needs maintenance. Several blinds were broken or missing, missing some basics in the kitchen, and the sliding door was very hard to open. We didn’t get a parking pass at check in and the property manager never returned our call to rectify the problem. The location can’t be beat though!

-We're glad that you enjoyed the pool and the convenient location for beach access.
-In regards to your concerns about maintenance, we spoke with our property management to clarify some of the specifics. First, neither of us was aware of broken or missing blinds. Our property manager was there before your stay and said nothing stood out but we appreciate it when guests bring damages to our attention.
-In addition, management did not highlight any missing kitchen necessities or any issues with the sliding door. If the door seems to be an issue down the line, we will be sure to address it appropriately.
-We are sorry that you did not receive a parking pass and that you weren't able to get in touch with management during your stay. Our management team told us they checked the communication database and they never received a call, text, or voicemail from you during your stay. They made sure to reference your area code and phone number but they could not find any match. We will keep your struggles in mind to ensure that this would not be a recurring issue for future guests. Again, we apologize for the fact you weren't able to pick up a parking pass but we appreciate your patience.
