Close Enough...
4/5 This is an older property and just a few updates / upgrades would make it much nicer however, we got what we expected and we're very satisfied overall with our trip and accommodations. Not big or fancy but it was clean and very comfortable for the two of us. It's ground floor and on a beautiful beach which is what we were looking for and the price was right. No complaints other than to be aware that the coffee maker is a Keurig lol. I think that's a fair tradeoff for being a short walk off the deck down the path to the beach.

Sisters and aunt getaway
5/5 This was a nice, but small condo. It was great for the 4 of us and on the oceanfront as described. The battery on the smoke alarm needs changing, and some of the washcloths were stained, but they were clean. My aunt found a few dirty silverware. All in all, we had a great weekend getaway, and the owner was very nice. I would stay there again.

Good location and space
4/5 This condo was well located within walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery/liquor stores and provided sufficient accommodations for our mother/daughter trip. Kitchen was equipped with basic needs. Place needs a little TLC such as cleaning, cabinet/knob repairs and painting. Beds were adequate.
