    We had nats flying around the whole time. We figurwd they were comin out os sink Both tvs would not connect to cable. I called Nd got one of them working the second day of my stay. Pics not same as actual space. They need updating. The view was the best at this location. We usually stay at the Oceans. This unit needs some updating.

  • Best Beach retreat

    We found this 11th floor condo on Evolve.com. From the first request to final booking, everything went without a flaw. The address is easy to find; parking was plentiful and there were many luggage carts onsite to help with baggage. The owner had left us some brochures for suggestions on where to eat in Cherry Grove. Snooky's was our choice; great place with great food and in easy walking distance from the condo. The unit itself had been updated with new furniture, much prettier than the pictures described. Two new sofas and chairs and plenty of room for chairs on the balcony overlooking the water.

    The view from the balcony is just as described. Evolve provided the price and all info upfront and we found it all to be accurate. We would book this condo and this oceanfront building again.

    Location was very walkable to restaurants, grocery, bars, and shops. View was amazing from balcony. Unit needs updating in bed and bath. Cosmetic efforts have been made in living room and kitchen area which are very nice. Dual bathroom area was nice to have. Living room furniture was new. Bedroom needs updating, The closet has no door and was full of cleaning equipment and extra bedding items, but the bed itself was comfortable. Lots of items stored visibly under the bed as well. Plenty of dresser storage in bedroom and living area. Good variety of kitchen items for meal preparation and dining. Just FYI...has a regular coffee maker, not a Keurig. We enjoyed our trip overall and the Oceans complex due to its location and features.
