  The property overall is in a nice gated community and the people that live there are friendly. However the cleanliness of the property was less than acceptable to our standards. My wife had to clean both bathrooms before she would let our kids and my parents use the facilities. After taking a shower in the main bathroom I found myself standing in 4" of water. The drain has obviously been clogged for a long period of time. I had to go get some liquid drano just so we could take a shower without standing in filth. Not something you would expect to have to do when renting a condo. Walls are all scuffed up and in need of a new paint job badly as well.

  Stay was good.. chk in was a breeze..very nice unit well stay again..

  Something's hav to be fixed. Place need a deep carpet cleaning.. thier is stains on the floor..when we first got thier an open the door the smell hit us.. some one was smoking in the unit.. the toilet had ashes an tobacco in both.. I txt the on call person an let them know.. we had air out the place for about 2hrs.. an sprayed lysol neutral air an had to re clean the bathroom..

  After all tht was done..her birthday was good..

  the pool an jacuzzi was closed. the condo can use a deep cleaning.. we let our contact person about the issues... the unit was non smoking but when we arrived an open the door the smell hit u hard.. we had to air out the place..big time. once we got the smell out some what the condo was ok.. im rating it a 3 because the place needs a really good carpet cleaning.
