  Furniture was nicely laid out. Great views. Awesome NMB location. Kitchen needs some light updates for cooking.I would definitely stay there again.

• Renter Beware - No Customer Service - unsafe/unsanitary

  Unsanitary, unclean, unsafe rental unit. Evolve property management unprofessional, at best and non-responsive to concerns upon check-in. Sent pictures of dirty carpets, floors, mold around ac vents in bathrooms, unsafe balcony railing, unsecured door frame/deadbolt/broken. Truly unsafe and unsanitary unit. Awaiting customer service follow up to no avail at check-in, during, or following our stay. Evolve property management was not helpful in resolving our complaints. I hope the owners can see this and change property management as this company is doing them no favors. Zero customer service to make this right at check in or during our stay. Nothing but delay tactics. You have been warned. Do not rent. We do not recommend.

  Owner's response: "Michael, it is the homeowner's mission to provide a 5-star experience for all their guests, and we are disappointed that this property was not a fit for you
  - We take cleanliness very seriously and our cleaners do a great job. Our home is not unsanitary or unclean. We had the carpet cleaners out the next day and they advised that the stains you said we had are just a high-traffic area and the carpet is showing some ware, it is not stained.
  - We have the railing inspected every quarter to be sure that it is safe and secure. We also had them out the day you said it was loose by someone from the property management and they said it was safe and secure, they found no issues with it.
  - We are not sure why you felt the door was unsafe, but there is a metal door with metal framing and it has a deadbolt. The only way someone is getting in is with some sort of a prybar and we have never had any one of our guests who have had any kind of issue.
  - Winifred and her team went above and beyond for you, they were on the phone with you pretty much every day.
  - We as owners do our best for all our guests and when a guest decides to leave a mess or damages things we have to pay for it. We try to take care of each guest and only hope that they will be honest and take care of our home also.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

• Brother’s Rest & Relaxation Trip

  Truly enjoyed this weekend’s trip, and the property was nice. A quiet area just to get away to rest & relax while watching some Sweet 16 & Elite 8 basketball. There is a chair on the property that gives the best naps. Check in & checkout process was seamless, making it a smooth transition getting in to get our vacay going. Communicating with the Evolve team was great prior to getting down and they were even able to get us set with a earlier check in time after we called the day of to let them know we were ahead of schedule. I would use again if the property fits the Trip occasion.
