CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Guests will get a parking pass for their stay and be provided with access info ahead of their arrival
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry. Please make sure to tap the YALE logo when leaving the premises to lock the door behind you; the door does not automatically lock
- Guests will have to supply their vehicle information at least a week in advance in order for the owner to register guests with the gate to receive a car pass to enter the neighborhood
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Wash, dry, and put away used kitchen items
- Remove all trash from the premises and place the exterior trash can on the curb near the power boxes, just to the right of the driveway
- Return golf cart keys and gate card to the bowl on the entry table
- Return the golf cart to the back of the house on the pad. Put on the charger and cover
- Return thermostat to 75 degrees in summer months and 65 degrees in winter months
- Lock all exterior doors and turn off all lights and appliances
- Check all rooms for personal items
- It is not necessary to remove bed linens. Place all other dirty linens in the bathtub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
