  • Review of new condo near golf course

    Overall our stay at this location was nice. The condo had lots of space and the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. Couple of tjings to note: the condo was right at the edge of the golf course. The view was nice, but not much privacy in the mornings when I was still in my nightgown and noticed there were golfers right outside the large living room window very early in the morning, so just to be aware. Also, the condo had a lil bit of a musty smell, which was odd since it is supposed to be new- not sure if there was water damage that we couldn't see. It was very spacioys and the master bathroom was,very nice. Also, google directions could not find the condo, which was,very frustrating after sriving all day.

    We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pictures on the VRBO site are exactly as the condo looks. The location is very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. We will more than likely rent this unit again.

  • Christmas 2022, Bright & Beautiful Condo!

    With rough travel and numerous flight cancellations, Evolve was amazing! I contacted my contact person Tammy, to let her know we were a day delayed due to our flight cancellations. She was wonderful, assuring me everything would be fine for checking in late. She stayed in touch me throughout the week we stayed. Tammy was outstanding and has excellent customer service. I also contacted Evolve and spoke to two different people, who were also very accommodating.

    We were the first guests to rent this condo, we were told. It is outstanding! The unit is beautiful, extremely clean and in an excellent location, as it close to all, restaurants, shops, the airport and located right on the 12th hole at Man O' War golf course. It's on the first floor and a beautiful end unit with a great screened in porch overlooking the golf course.

    The beds are extremely comfortable and with all new linens and all rooms beautifully decorated. The condo is extremely spacious and comfortable for a family. We chose this location, as it was close to family who resides in Carolina Forest.

    I will only be booking with Evolve with my future vacation plans to Myrtle Beach.
