• Quiet stay. Was not what was advertised on Evolve though.

  When we first arrived in the neighborhood, there was an outdoor party going on at the neighbors that made us concerned of our personal belongings being safe. The outside picture of the property is definitely misleading to the area of Myrtle Beach the house is in. I advise future renters to do research. When we booked the house, it was advertised to have 3 bedroom, two with one full size bed each, and one bedroom with a bunk bed that was two full size. So 4 beds total. When we arrived there were only 3 beds. Which does not satisfy the “sleeps” 8 advertisement. Thankfully we had less people come than anticipated. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, wrapped entirely in plastic, and hard to sleep in. The cleanliness of the home inside is definitely also questionable. It was stocked with essentials that we needed for our stay. But whatever cleaning company is being used is not taking proper care of the home. The floors, corners, and walls are dusty and dirty. Very unattractive. Bathroom sinks did not drain properly. The pictures evolve has on their site for this rental are very misleading and need updated and the reviewed. The rental is definitely not well maintained as it should be. I spoke to the owner of the property who is the contact listed and she apologized and stated she was not aware of any of these issues and it faltered on the rental company. If I could receive a refund I would as we barely stayed in the home And were extremely disappointed.
