Cozy Condo
4/5 We had a great time at myrtle beach. It was mother/daughter trip & our children loved all the different pool options & we loved being oceanside. The condo was comfortable & suited our needs.
The worst stay
1/5 Fortunately, my stay was brief. The unit was unsanitary and unclean with stains on the sheets, a mysterious reddish brown stain on the carpet that was attempted to be covered up with a night stand, bird feces along the window and hair in the bedding. Once I contacted evolve and the guess contact to address the issues and request a refund. I came to know that your guest contact is not local like how evolve claims. My contact told me she was not in the area and had a Pennsylvania area code phone number . The only resolution that was provided to me was that cleaners can come back to the location and try to re-clean and a reimbursement of my cleaning fee. I didn’t think that was fair or just because if I was bad tenants and broke the house rules I would be charged outrageous fees. So in conclusion learn from my mistake and do not book with evolve. They are con artist and will take your money with no problem but won’t give it back when they don’t hold up their end of the bargain. Book at the homewood suites by Hilton. Great service , great food, great stay. ( No I’m not Sponsored or a paid spokesperson, just a dissatisfied customer.)
Great weekend getaway!
5/5 The condo was exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful Views from the balcony! Host was very responsive and attentive. We would love to stay again in the future.
