CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 6 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. Guests can also check in at the management office to get two physical keys
- Tap the keypad or touch the side to wake it up. On the keypad, there are 4 circles that contain 3 numbers within each individual circle. In order to enter the code, click the exact number that is within the circle (it is touch sensitive). Once you click each digit of the code, the circles will rearrange the numbers within them. After entering the entire code, click the circle at the bottom of the keypad (it looks a bit like a maze/fingerprint). As the door unlocks, turn the gold handle at the same time to access the property
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please text the Guest Contact when you check out and include the property address in your message
- Return the parking pass to the location you found it
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
