Required to find alternate accommodations
1/5 Twelve floors of the tower were under renovation, except the suite we had rented, though it was on a floor under renovation. There was signage on each floor that said not to enter - construction zone, hallways had construction garbage, dirt and supplies everywhere and there was a strong smell of paint. The suite should NOT have been rented during renovations as it was not safe to stay on the floor. We were also not provided the accurate entrance code for several hours. Ultimately we were forced to find ourselves alternate accommodations, late at night, without assistance from the company. As there were many sporting competitions going on prices we high and availability was scarce. As a note, the ad was modified after we had rented though we weren’t advised of the information in advance.

"Our sincere apologies that renovation of the tower was underway during your reserved dates. We were not informed that the floor of our suite would be in such a condition. The safety and comfort of our guests is our foremost priority. Had we known, we would have refrained from welcoming any guests to stay until it was finished. Construction has now been completed. A full refund was issued, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to write your review."
