Smoke Alarm
4/5 The smoke alarm beeped on and off the whole time we were there. I sent several emails to the owner and did talk to the maintenance company one time. It never got resolved while we were there. Also the lamps in the master bedroom looked as if they had not been cleaned in several weeks. The maintenance people did clean them after I complained. As for the alarm , I was able to trip it off some but it always started back up again.

Restful retreat
5/5 A peaceful spot with lovely decor and a great layout and amenities for our group. We needed a place for 3 couples to stay near CCU so we could attend a performance, and this condo perfectly fit the bill.

Great Community/Location, but property needs a few upgrades
4/5 Pros: This condo is in a very nice and quiet golf community, and close to the oceanfront. The condo is very spacious and fully stocked (maybe to many extra items left from previous guests, perhaps extra items should be kept in a separate pantry/ area).Our guest contact was quick to respond when I reached out to her.Cons: The condo had visible dust on blinds and ceiling fans. Whoever cleans this place needs to be evaluated...there were bottles and items left under beds and couch. Inside of cabinets should be wiped down etc. The 1st bedroom on the right had dated furniture, it was as if the decorator just randomly found stuff. The mattresses and pillows needs to be replaced along with the bathroom rugs.Blind blades to the balcony kept falling, may need to invest in a different style. Overall I think the property needs a little extra TLC ( i.e. good deep cleaning, replace bedroom furniture and mattress, and minor repairs) especially since it's a rental property.
