Great Condo
5/5 Everything was great with our unit. Very clean and lots of nice extras—coffee K-Cups, dish soap, hand soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our son’s baseball team was staying at the condos in Magnolia Place for the Cal Ripken experience. It was great to be in the same area as the boys for team feeds, as well as to transport the boys to games and activities. The beach is a straight shot down 38th Street about 6 minutes. Close to everything—Broadway at the Beach, Sam’s Club, Target, Zaxby’s, & Cal Ripken Fields. Thanks for a great stay!

Attention to Detail
3/5 This property was pretty and the communication with the property manager was great. However, the attention to detail regarding cleanliness and check in time accuracy was off. We observed cigarette ashes on the padio deck railing, hair on the bathroom floors & in the bed and a few dirty towels after checking in.
