  The condo was clean and neat. Cute and great views. Plenty for the kids to do at the water slides and pools.

  The condo is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms. The view of the ocean is amazing. Plenty of TV's available for our family. There are 2 downsides. First, the stove is old with uneven electric burners. The non-stick pots and pans were old and scratched up. The food stuck to them and I spent a lot of time scrubbing. No casserole dish, so bring your own. No crockpot, so bring your own. Second, the water park was dirty, the water was not warm and band aids floatingin it, and the slides left marks on the kids backs. They only stayed for 10 minutes and asked to leave because of this.Still, the condo was nicely decorated, clean, had plenty of towels, wash cloths. If you wear makeup, you cannot wash your face with the washcloths because it may stain the washcloths. Bring your own makeup remover or washcloths for that.

• Condo needs new cookware/oven

  We were pleased with everything but the kitchen. Cookware very old/all Teflon pans scratched and unusable. Coffee maker leaked and replacement that Evolve sent was worse/old and no carafe. We had to buy our own. Stove old.

  - We were unaware that the cookware was scratched or damaged. We purchased it brand new in March, but we will replace it with another brand new set. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  - We'll replace the coffee maker as well.
  - We hope the partial refund made up for some of the inconvenience.

• Great option for large families, or if you pack too much!

  We enjoyed our stay at this property, and having the 3 bedrooms made sleeping arrangements easy. The master suite with private bathroom is lovely, and the separate access to the double-balcony is handy. The balcony is large enough to have many people sitting comfortably enjoying the sunrises and beach activities! The second bedroom with the cheater bathroom and the third bedroom with the small bathroom across the hall were all clean and comfortable. The food and service at the on-site restaurants was top shelf, and the Starbucks service at the cafe was a nice surprise! The water activity choices were stellar, and we all used the facilities in both towers every day of our stay. The water slides were terrific, as were the in- and outdoor lazy rivers and pools. The pool tables, ping-pong table and shuffleboard were fun too! The beach in front of the buildings is very nice and clean and we enjoyed walking on it at all times of day, and swimming in the ocean with the big swells and breakers was a blast. Overall a great experience.
