Relaxing by the water!
5/5 This was a perfect location and condo for our ladies retreat weekend! Our host was over the top in accommodating to our specific needs. We enjoyed the view. The condo is very spacious and has all the necessities for an enjoyed get-a-way. Do not hesitate to book this unit!
Nice place
4/5 When we finally got a valid door combination everything went perfectly. Really nice location for golfing, taking walks and watching the boats go by on water.
Unfortunate and inconvenient
2/5 Upon arrival we had a hard time opening the door b/c the code wasn’t loaded but was resolved once I called. When we entered we noticed a musty smell. It was murky, standing water in the washing machine. The dryer had sand. The bed linen was not clean/changed. We notified the contact person, Heather, who promised this and that but did not deliver. The location was good, but I do not recommend staying here unless they change their cleaning service.

- We are glad that you enjoyed the location of the home and that we were able to help you resolve the door code issue. We take the cleanliness of our home seriously and we are sorry you experienced some issues during your stay.
- We have since repaired the washing machine and reimbursed you a small fee to cover your laundry during that time. We haven't had any issue since it has been reapaired.
- Our guest contact informed us that the linens were changed and did inform you that there was an extra set of clean linens in the closet. She responded to you and advised you that she left clean sheets outside the door since it was late at night.

5/5 Precisely as advertised. Immaculate spacious condo on the intercoastal a short distance away from all the tourist things. Kitchen stocked with everything your would need to cook if you want, just bring the food. 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, so wipe sparingly. As previously mentioned in another review, the small bed are hard and uncomfortable. Ridiculous considering Sams Or Costco has twin memory foam mattresses for $250. Check in was easy and the property contact was a phone call or text away and pleasant to deal. Heads up HOA prohibits motorcycles on the property. Overall a pleasant comfortable stay.
