  Walked in to the smell of cigarettes. Wet dirty rag on master bed. Was told it was an accident an just overlooked. Outdated decor. Broken hangers left in closet. Tv not working. Would not stay at this place if it was free. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this place .

  Hi Thomas C, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - Our property has a "No Smoking" policy in the unit, upon inspection by our Guest Contact, she could not detect any odor or smell of smoke inside the unit, but she did find a cigarette butt that had been left in the common area outside, we're sorry if this had a negative impact.
  - We promptly responded and sent our Guest Contact to the property when we were made aware of your concerns. Upon her arrival there was a damp rag that had been left on the bed, we sincerely apologize for the oversight, and we offered to change the bedding which you politely declined.
  - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property, and guests can decide before booking if the home and decor meet their expectations.
  - We were able to determine that the TV had to be reset, which was done by simply unplugging and plugging it back in, in addition, the one hanger that was slightly bent has been removed, but we do provide many more for our guests to use.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Perfect Location

  We spent a couple of weeks here and had a wonderful time. The building location, close to the beach is perfect......only a short walk to the beautiful beach. The building is clean, very well maintained and the staff is friendly and courteous. If we had one concern it would be that the pool is not heated. However, there is a nice hot tub close to the pool where you can warm up and then jump in the pool!

  Our unit was "dated" as far as the furniture goes and the fridge should probably be changed but overall we were quite comfortable during our stay.

• Spring break getaway

  We rented the condo for a spring break trip for myself, my son and a few college friends. The condo was beautiful and close to the ocean, food and entertainment . The staff was present and attentive

  The location is great for families. I was impressed with the security that is constantly walking the property. The only thing that was dissapointing was the check in. Arrived at 230 and was trying to drop off a few items. Reached out thru the vrbo app as well as the contact by text and also left a voicemail. No response. Arrived at the condo at 4:00 and the local agent only returned my call was because the cleaning lady called her. We just stayed on the great balcony to stay out of her way. The unit wasnt ready till 530 although it lists a 4:00 check in
